Services

The services I offer are:

- Weekly individual psychotherapy sessions

- Couple therapy sessions – the frequency of these is negotiated at the first session, but is usually either weekly or fortnightly.

Supervision sessions – the frequency of these is negotiable, but is designed to average out at a minimum of 1.5 hours per month to comply with professional bodies’ requirements.

Rates

‘Currently, I’m operating a sliding scale for my online work, but a fixed fee for my face-to-face work. This means my fees are:

Individual Psychotherapy
Online £60-£100 per 50-minute session, Face-to-face £80

Couple Therapy
Online £80 - £120 per 60-minute session, Face-to-face £100

Supervision
Online £60 per hour, Face-to-face £65 per hour
